F or more than 20 years, Dr. Marshall Meadors III has served the Anderson community as a primary care physician. Previously, he was Chief of the Department of Family Medicine at AnMed Health Medical Center and President of its medical staff.
Marshall has served as a trustee for the South Carolina Medical Association, as president of the Anderson County Medical Society and as a member of the board of AnMed Health. He also was co-founder of A.P.R.I.L. House, a men’s rehabilitation facility.
In addition to his extensive participation in medical activities, Marshall has been instrumental in the development and renovation of the Anderson Arts Warehouse and co-chaired the James “Radio” Kennedy Sculpture Committee. A graduate of Wofford College and the Medical University of South Carolina, Marshall enjoys hiking and boating on Lake Hartwell.
