Kirbie joined Upstate Forever in the fall of 2007 with a diverse liberal arts background. Her responsibilities include membership acquisition, managing special events, and grant writing. A Greenville native, Kirbie spent eight years in Colorado while attending college and graduate school, and also has lived briefly in the United Kingdom. She is extremely happy to be back in the beautiful Upstate and is rediscovering it one hiking trail at a time. Her other interests include reading, traveling, and watching baseball.
