 Randall joined Upstate Forever in July, 2011. His responsibilities include membership acquisition and special events management. A native of Whitmire, Randall grew up in the heart of Sumter National Forest. He holds a Bachelor of Visual Arts degree from Winthrop University with a major in advertising and graphic design. Randall served ten years as vice-president of member services with the Laurens County Chamber of Commerce and has been executive director of downtown development organizations in Laurens, SC and Kingsport, TN. An avid genealogist, he published a book on the Witt family of South Carolina in 1998 and has done extensive research on other branches of his family. When not digging around the family tree, Randall enjoys traveling, gardening, and college football.
