A new road and barn were constructed. The landowner submitted plans to Upstate Forever in advance (5/22/08), in accordance with the terms of the conservation agreement. Upstate Forever approved the plans as documented in the letter dated 5/26/08.

Landowner plans to build a small ancillary structure near the barn within the next year. The conservation agreement does not require our prior written approval of a plan for this activity. The landowner is aware of the size restrictions and plans to build a structure much smaller than the maximum allowable size.
