Downtown Revitalization

     During the past several years, a number of groups have worked diligently to improve active living conditions in the downtown Spartanburg area.  Since opening our Spartanburg office in 2004, Upstate Forever has joined these efforts and is currently working with the City of Spartanburg, the Downtown Association, and other groups to continue to identify ways to make downtown Spartanburg a more walkable and pedestrian-friendly downtown that connects with other important places in the City.
