Wes Hulsey was the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Hulsey McCormick & Wallace, Inc. (HMW), one of the premier regional water and wastewater planning and design firms in the Southeastern US. In 2020,HMW was acquired by KCI Technologies, Inc. a national multi-disciplined engineering firm. As part of KCI,  Mr. Hulsey continued to lead his team of engineers and scientists as the South Atlantic Region Water and Wastewater Practice Leader and Vice-President. He presently serves as KCI's Professional Services South - Business Developer, with a focus on business acquisitions. As the catalyst of client development, Mr. Hulsey is successful in delivering on customer commitments with a focus on environmental stewardship, sustainability, and fiscal responsibility. For nearly 30 years, Mr. Hulsey managed a multi-state team of experienced civil and environmental engineers, environmental scientists and technical staff to serve over 200 public utility, municipal, county and industrial clients, as well as academic institutions and state departments. Under his leadership, HMW and KCI’s Water and Wastewater Practice developed over $70 Million in consulting work and performed engineering design and project management for capital projects totaling over $250 Million. Mr. Hulsey has over 30 years of technical consulting experience in strategic regulatory planning, environmental site restoration, water resource planning, wastewater planning, and NPDES compliance. Mr. Hulsey is a registered Professional Geologist in Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina with a focus on the hydrologic sciences.
