Section 319 Grant awarded to Clean Water team

Congratulations to our Clean Water team, who have secured a grant to continue work in the Three & Twenty Creek Watershed in Anderson & Pickens Counties!

This Section 319 Grant, funded in part by the US EPA under a Nonpoint Source Implementation Grant through the SC Department of Environmental Services (SCDES), will be used to implement water quality improvement projects and land protection in the watershed. Water quality improvement projects include septic repairs and/or replacements, implementing agricultural best-management practices, and land protection through conservation easements.
