Join us at Conestee Nature Preserve's Henderson Meadow for our Annual Meeting & 25th Anniversary Picnic. We'll celebrate two-and-a-half decades of conservation successes and enjoy a meal catered by Henry's Smokehouse (vegetarian option available).

About the event and venue

Our Annual Meeting is a time where we get to thank our members for all of your support while keeping you informed on the progress we have made in the past year. We'll take care of some business before enjoying refreshments and a celebration of UF's 25th anniversary.

We're grateful for the opportunity to host this year's celebration at Conestee Nature Preserve, a spectacular semi-urban park permanently protected by a conservation easement through Upstate Forever's land trust. The park encompasses over 400 acres and has been designated as an Important Bird Area of Global Significance by the National Audubon Society. Henderson Meadow, the idyllic setting for our Annual Meeting, is managed as a native meadow with century-old oaks, picnic tables, and adjacent hiking trails.
