Join us on Saturday, March 25 from 9:00 - 11:00 am for a morning of volunteer work at the Long Branch Mitigation Site on Woodside Avenue in downtown Greenville. Participants will help remove invasive plant species and litter from this property protected by Naturaland Trust and Upstate Forever.

Participants are welcome to bring shears, saws, and gloves, though gloves and tools will be provided. Volunteers will learn about the basic biology of invasive plants and why they are threatening the natural resilience of ecosystems and will also learn about the Long Branch Mitigation Site's history and how it came to be protected by a conservation easement.

*Thank you for you interest in volunteering with Upstate Forever! We have met the cap for registered volunteers for this event. We hope you'll join us for the Rocky River Nature Park workday on Friday, April 14 or another future volunteer opportunity.

Directions, parking information, and additional details will be shared via email upon RSVP. Due to limited parking available, the number of volunteers will be capped at 30.
