Big Garvin Creek Farm

Big Garvin Creek Farm is a 253-acre family cattle farm near Pendleton that protects productive farmland, forested waterways, and the rural character of northern Anderson County in the rapidly developing Three and Twenty Creek watershed.

National land trust accreditation

Upstate Forever became the first land trust in SC to achieve accreditation from the Land Trust Accreditation Commission, an independent program of the Land Trust Alliance, in 2008.

Grant Meadow

One of SC's most photographed spots, a conservation easement on 57 acres ensures the meadow's iconic view remains unobstructed in perpetuity.
